| Rental Deposit - | A 50% deposit must be received before confirming rental dates unless other arrangements have been made. |
| Damage Deposit - | The
damage deposit is $400.00 and is due along with the balance of the rent 60
days before arriving.
The damage deposit will be returned within 30 days after the unit is inspected, cleaned, and telephone bills are received. |
| Cancellation: | You may cancel at any time. To insure full refund you must cancel 60 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel less then 60 days, a minimum service fee of $50.00 might be charged if the unit cannot be rented again. |
